Get the list of all the files contained in an archive.

>>> arch_path = 'D:\path\to\zip.zip'
>>> get_archived_file_list(arch_path, file_regex)
['file_1.txt', 'file_2.tif', 'file_3.xml', 'file_4.geojson']
